保修條例:

由購買日期起計算一年之保養,若發生零件損壞,按保用條例下,本司技術人員會免費為客戶進行維修。

按照一年之保養期包括一年免人工維修費,但不包括零件。

若該機曾被非本中心技術人員修理、干擾或改裝; 或使用失當、震盪、碰撞、擊破、疏忽、意外或遭遇天災或人力不可抗拒之事故;或機號被塗改、更換或被除去等等,凡有以上任何情況發生,此一年之保用證書即自動失效。

在特殊情況下,貴公司只包換一次新機,其後客戶均須支付附加費用。

請保留經銷商之收據以備檢查或修理時出示予本中心技術人員查閱。

如需要到維修中心進行維修敬請預約時間。

如機件須回廠檢修請連同購買發票副本寄回維修中心,客戶須自行負責所需運費,維修時間按收到機件起計約7 – 10個工作天,維修完成後會由本中心付費寄回客戶。

如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權以及其他一切權利。
Warranty Policy:

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If any parts are damaged during this period, according to the warranty policy, our technical staff will provide free repair services for customers.

The one-year warranty period includes one year of free labor for repairs, but does not include parts.

If the machine has been repaired, tampered with, or modified by non-technical personnel from our center; or if it is used improperly, subjected to vibration, collision, impact, negligence, accident, or natural disasters or other irresistible events; or if the machine number is altered, replaced, or removed, the warranty certificate for this year will automatically be invalidated.

In special circumstances, your company will be provided with a replacement machine only once, and customers will be required to pay additional fees thereafter.

Please keep the receipt from the dealer for inspection or show it to our technical staff when repairing.

If you need to go to the repair center for repairs, please make an appointment.

If the parts need to be returned to the factory for repair, please send a copy of the purchase invoice along with the parts to the repair center. Customers are responsible for the required shipping fees. The repair time will be approximately 7-10 working days from the receipt of the parts. After the repair is completed, the center will pay for the return shipping to the customer.

In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision and all other rights.
